Know what is due before payday

A monthly budget can look balanced while a bill arrives before the money does. This planner helps you put paydays and expenses in date order, spot a possible shortfall, and decide what to adjust.

What you get

  • Cash timeline: 30 rows for upcoming income and expenses, with a running balance and lowest-balance check.
  • Irregular bills: plan contributions toward up to 12 annual, seasonal, or occasional expenses.
  • Worked example: see how the spreadsheet fits together before entering your numbers.
  • Four-page printable PDF: a quick start, cash timeline, irregular-bills plan, and recurring-cost review.

How to use it

  1. Download and unzip the files after payment.
  2. Open the workbook in a spreadsheet app, or import it into Google Sheets. A computer is recommended for editing.
  3. Read the first tab, replace the example inputs, and enter upcoming dates in order.

The XLSX formulas were checked in Google Sheets. Native Microsoft Excel compatibility has not yet been verified. The PDF can be printed or viewed in a PDF reader.
